1. Overview
Dossier is a murder mystery detective game where players solve unique cases by investigating evidence and interrogating suspects.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dossier. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts and Purchases
- You must create an account to use Dossier.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Dossier does not offer subscriptions. The daily case is free; other cases and extra interrogation questions are unlocked with credits.
- Credits are purchased through in-app credit packs. Credit packs are one-time consumable purchases, are not auto-renewing, and do not expire.
- Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and are charged through your device's app store.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
- Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play in accordance with their policies.
4. User Conduct
By using Dossier, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Interfere with the App's functionality or security.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all intellectual property rights in Dossier, including but not limited to software, algorithms, game content, and case materials.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Dossier is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your use of the App.
